Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our London studio receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
